God Is Wonder was born from both our Christian faith and our cultural heritage. In a world that often feels dark, turbulent, and miserable, we believe God calls us to bring light, peace and joy through visual art. Our work is an offering — a way to honor Him and to love people.

As Chinese, we also carry the wisdom of our ancestors. We see our civilization as a gift from God, and it is our privilege to share its depth, harmony, and excellence with the world. Through art, we hope to build a bridge between the gospel of Christ and the beauty of Chinese wisdom (Ephesians 2:13 "Now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ."), allowing people of all backgrounds to encounter God’s truth in a universal language.

Our paintings are created to offer a deep sense of peace, meaning, and spiritual purpose — qualities often missing in contemporary art. By integrating Christian faith with Chinese cultural wisdom, we aim to reflect the beauty of God’s creation and the depth of His design.

As visual artists, we are committed to advocating the importance of sacred paintings. Just as hymns carry praise through sound, we believe paintings can carry praise through sight. With this conviction, we devote ourselves to creating visual hymns — works of art that honor God through the language of texture, form, and color, inviting viewers into worship, contemplation, and spiritual encounter.

Every piece is crafted with carefully selected archival materials and professional techniques refined through years of study and practice. This commitment ensures that each artwork is not only visually compelling but also built to leave a legacy for generations to come.

Our vision is simple and bold:

to reveal that God is wonder — through art that speaks to the soul.

When a series is completed, it will be presented through public exhibitions designed to educate, inspire, and invite reflection. Our hope is that people from all backgrounds — believers, seekers, and those simply drawn to beauty — will encounter God’s truth through these artworks.

These exhibitions will serve churches, schools, cultural centers, and community spaces, offering a unique opportunity to explore faith, culture, and art together.
