This textbook was written as a response to demand from active participants in a budding freebirth community for black women. It is non-fiction, intended for educational purposes, and should not be mistaken for medical advice. This work is the result of my own self-study, independent research, professional experimentation, and solution-focused discussions with other trusted professionals in the fields of medicine, holistic health, midwifery, religion, and other related fields. This book was written so that ALL women could access the information necessary to exercise autonomy over their birth experience and health as fertile women. It is intended as a compliment to a class on Freebirth.
