Once you book your discovery call, a short Google Form will be sent beforehand to gather information about your business and the type of support you’re looking for.
During our call, we may discuss:

• current workflows and tools
• administrative or operational bottlenecks
• goals for improving efficiency
• the type of support you need most right now
After the call, you will receive a proposal outlining the recommended scope of work, including agreed hours or retainer details and the services to be completed.
STEP 2 - Onboarding

Once the proposal is approved, we begin the onboarding process to officially start working together.
During onboarding you will receive:
• a service agreement contract to review and sign
• an invoice for the agreed services
• a welcome email and onboarding packet
• a calendar link to schedule our kickoff call
This step ensures everything is organized before work begins.
STEP 3 - Kickoff Call & Systems Review
STEP 3 - Kickoff Call & Systems Review
The kickoff call is where we begin reviewing your current systems and preparing for implementation.
During this step, we may:
• review your workflows and operational processes
• evaluate communication and project management systems
• review client onboarding procedures
• begin accessing the platforms and tools needed for the project
• assess payroll or contractor processes using platforms like Gusto
This allows me to clearly understand your backend operations so we can begin organizing and improving them.
STEP 4 - Implementation

Once the review is complete, we begin implementing or refining the operational systems your business needs.
Depending on the project, this may include:
• workflow development and SOP documentation
• CRM or project management setup
• client onboarding systems
• contractor onboarding processes
• payroll system setup or support through Gusto
The goal is to ensure your backend processes are organized, efficient, and scalable.
