Hello, I’m Candice Sharp from North Louisiana and the Founder of Goal Assist Agency LLC. I provide executive and operations support for growing online businesses. I'm also a Certified Tax Preparer (2025) and Gusto Payroll Certified (2026). My mission is to help entrepreneurs streamline their backend systems, manage workflows, and handle payroll and team operations with accuracy and ease. 

In 2007, I graduated with an associate degree in Radiologic Technology and began my career as a full-time X-ray technologist. By 2017, I was a single mom of three girls and stepped away from my full-time role. At that time, my only income came from a handmade jewelry side hustle, which taught me the value of entrepreneurship, creativity, and perseverance. 

This experience led me to offer my skills to online entrepreneurs, providing administrative support while discovering my passion for creating designs in Canva. Between 2018 and 2020, I worked behind the scenes as a virtual assistant while also exploring affiliate and network marketing. 

Since 2023, I’ve returned to supporting clients through Goal Assist Agency LLC, helping business owners navigate the ever-evolving online space. With the addition of Certified Tax Preparer and Gusto Payroll Certified credentials, I can confidently manage financial, payroll, and operational systems that growing teams rely on. 

I love assisting business owners with essential backend tasks that often linger on their to-do lists—making sure everything gets done efficiently, accurately, and with care. Communication is one of my core values, and I believe it’s the foundation of every successful partnership.
