Our vision:
A House of Light on every street in the UK PRAYING for, CARING for, SHARING Jesus with neighbours and 5 new disciples on each street.
Who we are:
A House of Light is an individual Christian or household who takes spiritual responsibility for the street where they live. Formerly Neighbourhood Prayer Network, we changed our name to Houses of Light on 3rd September 2025.
What we do:
We encourage all Christians to be salt and light (Matthew 5:13–16) on their street. Every week we send out a newsletter with prayer, care and share suggestions often tying in with other national campaigns—but focused at street level. We have testimonies of the lonely finding friendships, healings in answer to prayer and people believing in Jesus for the first time.
How we can serve the local church:
All Christians are called to be salt and light where they live. It costs churches nothing and can mould to the local vision of the church. We produce resources such as prayer request cards, prayer walking guides, and discipleship materials that are free, downloadable and fully designed.

Our vision:
Acts 435 directly connects those that want to help with those that have a genuine need, by resourcing a network of local churches and charities.
Who we are:
Acts 435 is a national online charity based on Acts 4:35, where the early church gathered resources and gave to each as they had need. Over 15 years we have helped over 60,000 individuals.
What we do:
We resource local churches and charities to post needs for individuals onto our website. Donors crowdfund each need, and once funded, the partner church/charity sources the item. Acts 435 exists to serve local churches and charities wanting to meet needs of families and individuals, bringing hope and demonstrating God’s love practically.
How we can serve the local church:
We help churches meet practical needs of people they already support or wish to reach. Small gifts, such as a bus pass or school uniform, can bring hope and lift a burden for individuals and families.
