GNZY™ allows you to swipe right if you like something, swipe left if you don’t, swipe up to add items to your cart, and swipe down to moodboard your favourites. It’s your one-stop "Window-Shopping Destination" designed to make shopping fun, engaging, and effortlessly personalized.

1.3 Permissions Required

GNZY™ requests certain permissions to improve user experience, but they are entirely optional and can be managed via device settings:

• Location (Optional): Used to auto-fill shipping addresses and provide location-based recommendations.

• Camera & Photos (Optional): Allows users to upload product review images.

• Microphone (Removed): GNZY™ does not support voice search functionality yet.

• Storage (Optional): Used for caching app data to enhance performance.

These permissions are requested transparently, and users can manage or revoke them through their device settings at any time.



1.4 User-Generated Content (UGC) & Moderation

GNZY™ allows users to post product reviews and images related to their purchases. To ensure a safe and respectful environment, we have implemented the following measures:

• GNZY™ actively moderates all user-generated content to prevent inappropriate, offensive, or unsafe material. Before posting any reviews or images, users are reminded not to share personal information such as phone numbers, addresses, or financial details. Any content violating our guidelines will be removed, and repeat violations may lead to account restrictions or suspension. 

• Users can report comments or reviews that violate our community guidelines.

• We do not permit users under 13 to post user-generated content.

• Personal information (such as email, phone number, or external links) must not be shared in reviews or uploaded images.

2. Sharing of Personal Data with Third Parties

GNZY™ does not sell or share personally identifiable user data with third parties. Any shared insights are strictly anonymized and used to improve user experience. Data is shared only with: 

• Partner Brands: Aggregated and anonymized insights, such as engagement trends, product preferences, and purchasing behaviours, to help brands improve their offerings.

• Service Providers: Payment processors, delivery partners, and analytics platforms that assist in providing core functionalities.

• Advertising Partners: Data used for personalized ads tailored to your preferences. We do not share personally identifiable information (PII) with advertisers.
  Please note: GNZY™ does not use behavioral advertising or personalized ads for users under 18. Ad experiences are limited to contextual advertising that does not track individual browsing behavior. 

• Legal Obligations: Data shared to comply with legal requirements or respond to lawful requests from authorities.

3. Data Security and Retention

We implement robust security measures to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. This includes encryption, regular security audits, and limited access to your data by authorized personnel only.

GNZY™ retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose. User account data is stored while the account remains active. If an account is inactive for more than 24 months, we automatically delete or anonymize personal information unless retention is required by law.

GNZY™ is designed for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data of children under 13. If we become aware that a user under 13 has provided personal data without verified parental consent, we will take appropriate action, including data deletion. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information without consent can contact us for resolution.
