My research interests focus on the development of sensing, monitoring, and control systems for smart and sustainable agriculture, with an emphasis on precision management in greenhouse and controlled-environment cultivation systems. My current research includes the development of ion-sensing-based nutrient solution monitoring and automated control systems for hydroponic cultivation, the optimization of fertigation strategies based on real-time nutrient and environmental data, and the integration of root-zone and plant physiological sensing for improved water and nutrient use efficiency. I am also involved in data-driven modeling and control approaches for agriculture, aiming to enhance crop productivity, stability, and resource efficiency through intelligent systems.
