Gopinath Sahu Post-Doctoral Research Associate Cooling Technology Research Centre (CTRC) Semiconductor Packaging Laboratories (S-Pack) School of Mechanical Engineering, Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana, USA
Currently, I am working as a Post-Doctoral Researcher with Professor Justin A. Weibel and Professor Tiwei Wei, at Purdue University. In an ARPA-E project, we investigate two-phase confined liquid jet impingement over high-power AI chips, such as NVIDIA H100. In a CTRC project related to spray cooling, we explore the intrinsic relationship between flow hydrodynamics and heat transfer characteristics under reduced pressure operation. My research interests span broadly in the areas of electronics thermal management, data centre cooling, advanced semiconductor packaging, and interfacial dynamics.
