YELLOW RIBBON CARD
This card carries a message that there are those who care and will help! If you are in need, take this card to a trusted adult and ask for help. If someone is to give you the card, follow the directions - STAY with the person, LISTEN and Get Help!!
For Immediate help call 9-1-1
Sport Physicals: Click the Yellow Button to the Left. Take form to the doctor, have them fill out and return to school- main office or nurse's office.
"10 Challenge"
Take on the 10 minute or do 10 Challenge. Check here for what is the latest challenge!! There will be a picture or video of what you are being challenged to do. Once you do it, challenge a friend or family member to do the same thing.
Challenge #1: Do an art project for 10 minutes!!!- paint, use sidewalk chalk, create a box town!
Challenge #2 - Dance like no one is watching... for 10 minutes!
Challenge #3- Read for 10 minutes!
Challenge #4- Spend 10 minutes in SILENCE... no cell phone, no music, no TV, NO DISTRACTIONS!
Challenge #5- Hold the door for the person behind you. See what their reaction is and what effect that has on you.
