This is Miss Honey and I. In this picture she is about 4 months old. She is my oldest hen and lays olive green eggs. My mother named her Miss Honey because of her honey like color. She was hatched out with 5 other birds who all ended up being roosters. I have kept two of those roosters and they are beautiful birds as well. They are part black giant, so as you can imagine they are huge. They have very sleek black feathers mixed with a little bit of read and a teal color. They are also very mild tempered. I can go in their coop and pick up either of these full grown giant roosters with no problem. All three of these birds are very sweet and I am proud to have them as part of my flock.
