The Vision Casting seminar allows volunteers to fully understand the vision and mission of their localities, CCF, and GMEN. It is also an opportunity for them to understand what kind of role they plan to take in contributing to the development of their LGU and serving GOD through ministry. This is the first of three (3) core trainings required for GMEN LGU volunteers. 

As GMEN LGU volunteers will be given the chance to act as moderators during break out sessions of bridging events and seminars, the Facilitators' Training equips volunteers with the necessary knowledge to ensure smooth, effective, and interactive discussions in group dialogue. This is the second of three (3) core trainings required for GMEN LGU volunteers. 

To prepare GMEN LGU volunteers in handling their own discipleship groups, the Handling Small Groups training provides an interactive simulation on how to handle various situations during group discussions. This is the third of three (3) core trainings required for GMEN LGU volunteers. 

The Stress for Success seminar allows participants to understand how they can effectively address their stressors with biblical truths--turning one's stress into success as they learn to properly handle worries, restlessness, damaged emotions and life’s dark valleys.

With the goal of instilling good and effective habits in the workplace, Loving Your Work and Modeling Discipline is an interactive seminar consisting of various activities that discusses how to be a discipline worker and valuable team player. 

The Heart of a Champion seminar tackles the essential elements for a life that is meaningful and impactful. It is about becoming a champion that transcends sports, career, business life, and personal ambitions -a champion evidenced by a heart that is at peace, joyful, and loving.
