KRA 1: Fully EQUIPPED AND FULLY TRAINED VOLUNTEERS
Involve new and existing volunteers in regular trainings dedicated to realizing and "catching" the vision and mission of serving the Lord and being a volunteer with GMEN and GMEN LGU; understanding more about GMEN and GMEN LGU, improving their talents and skills, and deepening their relationship with the Lord
Engage NEW volunteers in the three (3) key trainings: 1) Vision Casting Orientation Seminar, 2) Facilitators' Training, and 3) How to Build Small Groups
Organize and conduct water baptism for those who have committed (and want to recommit) their lives and ministry to the Lord
Conduct teambuilding activities to build rapport and trust in the team vis-a-vis form friendships with GOD at the center
Reach out to families of GMEN LGU volunteers, in building healthy, Spirit-filled habits in the home
Conduct house visits and bible study in homes of volunteers
Enhance materials (i.e., training design, modules, research and development, etc.) for use throughout the year
Establish a database that includes volunteers' profile (basic info, skills and talents, needs, family profile, etc.)
Form a knowledge and training arm for GMEN LGU Team, which includes a knowledge and training database
KRA 2: Engaged and involved workers in the LGUs on their relationship with the Lord

Build good relations with workers in local government
Meet with local government workers and establish partnerships/collaboration
Introduce GOD's word and connect with local government workers
Hold bridging events and motivational talks (e.g., Heart of a Champion, Stress for Success, Loving Your Work and Modeling Discipline)
Form small groups with local government workers
Reconnect and maximize opportunity after bridging event/s to form small groups and conduct bible study sessions
KRA 3: Regularly monitored and evaluated programs, projects, and activities (PPAs) for the year

Establish objectives and expected outcomes for the year and taking them to heart
Conduct start of year and mid-year planning
Update progress to ensure targets are met every month and quarter
Implement a weekly and monthly report system that highlights actions done based on KRAs
Achieve CCFMI's "Compliance Award" for 2025, for GOD's glory and honor
Compile all work done for the Lord with documentation and submit all necessary reports to CCFMI
