A formal meeting between GMCC, Union Chapel, Cornerstone Place and Agile was held on 6th December 2023. From this meeting a formal site plan and business proposal will be created. We expect this to be completed by March 2024.

After this, the coop will apply for funding from Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) and stress test the finance model. 

Once this has been done GMCC and partners will review funding applications and upon acceptance will start the process of securing planning permission and START BUILDING. We feel 2024 is going to be a good year for us.
