IMPORTANT! This registration page is for participants of the full academic program of GMAC2023 from 16 to 18 January 2023 at Pusat Sains Negara, which presumes at least an undergraduate level understanding of physics or astronomy. It is targeted mainly at academics and researchers (including PhD and Masters students), those involved in astronomy education and outreach, as well as undergraduate students in physics, astronomy, mathematics, or engineering.

24 Nov 2022: Announcement of Outcomes for Financial Support Requests
30 Nov 2022: Registration Closes / Deadline for Fee Payments
Registration fees are as follows:
Fee for Regular Participants (all non-students): MYR300
Discounted Fee for Students (Undergraduate and Postgraduate): MYR150
(Optional) Conference Dinner at Restoran Rebung Dato Chef Ismail: MYR70 per person
*The fees include lunch, snacks and refreshments on all 3 days of the main convention in Kuala Lumpur (but NOT for the roadshows).
* A 2% processing fee (on top of the quoted fee above) will be charged by USAINS Holding Sdn. Bhd., whom we have appointed to handle the registration payments. USAINS is the corporate arm of Universiti Sains Malaysia.
*An additional fee of MYR70 is required for those who wish to join the convention dinner, to be paid during the on-site registration on 16 January 2023.
To register for GMAC2023, please follow these instructions:
Go to the appropriate payment page (depending on whether you are a student or non-student) to pay the registration fee, by using the QR-Codes or clicking the links below them:
**Important!!! Please remember to change the default e-mail address (account@usainsgroup.com) to your own e-mail address (see example below) when filling your details. Otherwise you will not receive the payment receipt.
2. After payment, please proceed to the online registration form (or see below) and fill in your details. You will be requested to attach a proof of payment, e.g., receipts, bank transfer statements etc. from step 1. If you prefer to register first and pay at a later date, you can submit your registration form without proof of payment, then edit your registration details and attach the payment proofs at a later date, as long as it is before 30 Nov 2022. If you would like to present at the conference, you will also need to submit an abstract together with the presentation title (before 31 Oct 2022).
