Glow – Habit Tracker

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the mobile application Glow – Habit Tracker (“Glow”, “the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Glow.
Glow is a mobile habit-tracking application designed to help users build and maintain positive habits.
The App allows users to:
Create habits and personal goals
Track daily completions and streaks
View progress statistics over time
Set reminders and notifications
Customize preferences and themes
Some features are available only through a paid subscription called Glow Premium.
Glow Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with the following plans:
Weekly
Monthly
Annual
Availability and pricing may vary by region.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
All payments are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by:
Opening iPhone Settings
Tapping your Apple ID
Selecting Subscriptions
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Refunds are handled solely by Apple in accordance with Apple’s App Store refund policies.
The developer of Glow does not process refunds directly.
All habits, goals, reminders, and other content created within the App belong exclusively to you.
Glow does not claim ownership of your content and does not access, store, or transmit your data outside your device.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Misuse the App
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Interfere with the App’s functionality or security
Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to:
The name “Glow”
Logos and branding
Design, interface, and layout
Source code and functionality
are the exclusive property of Yassine Hammouti and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written permission.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glow disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
Implied warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
The use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yassine Hammouti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of data
Loss of profits
Business interruption
arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or misused the App.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date will be revised.
Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
These Terms of Use incorporate by reference Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and Apple’s Standard EULA, the terms of Apple’s Standard EULA shall prevail.
