Hello and welcome, my name is Agunwa Glory and today I will be presenting to you the results of the Customer analysis task.

Business Case

1. Show two filters- Product Name and Years. These filters should have only relevant values.

2. The dashboard should have the title “Sales Dashboard”

3. We want to see the following KPIs: Maximum Sales (per product & year), Lowest Sales (per product & year)

4. Create Charts showing the following:

• All products Sales comparison (Yearly) • Sales Medium • Location-wise Sales • Yearly trends (per product)

5. Create a Dashboard. Excel Project Expected Solution: After creating the dashboard, we should be getting the dashboard to look like the one below;

Process

Step 1: Data source connection First, get the Sales Distribution dataset to Excel.

Step 2: Create the first chart using pivot table in Excel Now go to a new sheet and start creating the first chart as explained in the #4 point of business requirement. Here I used “Product Name”, “Total Revenue” and “Years” on pivot table to accomplish this. Once done, make a little decoration and you should get something like below;

Step 3: Create the second chart using pivot table in Excel I created a second chart using “Product Name”, “Total Revenue”, “Years” and “Sales Medium”. Once done, make a little decoration and you should get something like below-

Step 4: Create the third chart using pivot table in Excel I created a third chart using “Product Name”, “Total Revenue”, “Years” and “Sales Location”. Once done, make a little decoration and you should get something like below

Step 5: Create the fourth chart using pivot table in Excel I created a fourth chart using “Product Name”, “Total Revenue”, “Years” and “Date”. Once done, make a little decoration and you should get something like below-

I also created filters for the dashboard in line with business requirement #1

And finally, the Dashboard. Now we’ve come to the last section of this excel project. Here we need to simply arrange the excel charts. Also, enable the dashboard title as shared in the requirements.
