The Global Organization seeks to increase its global presence in the marketplace by introducing U.S.A. made or branded goods and services.
(1) The GO will establish global teams deployed to unique geographical markets (within a stated time frame).
(2) Each market opportunity will increase sustainable aggregate sales and profits for the GO (within a stated time frame with specific amounts).
(3) Proceeds of each market will be reinvested in the market's operations and growth, and a portion will be returned to the market under corporate responsibility guidelines improving the quality of life in each market (within a stated time frame with specific amounts).
The Global Organization has been given the right by U.S.A. companies [GO Principals] to develop the market for their product line, or selected products in a single geographical global market. By the "Master GO-Principal Agreement", the Global Organization will receive all global market-related financial benefit. The principal's discounted sales price is the GO's cost. All global market margin belongs to the GO for spending on market development cost resulting in market ROI.
