1) Is the app free?
Yes. Free users can explore the app experience. To use all features without limits, an active in-app subscription is required.
2) Why do I see a paywall?
Premium features like full AI guidance, advanced meal tools, and unlimited feature usage require subscription access.
3) I subscribed but features are still locked. What should I do?
Open the App and tap Restore Purchase in the paywall or Profile/Settings. Also confirm you are signed into the same Apple ID used to subscribe.
4) How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Global Menu Clean Eating Meals, then cancel from there.
5) Why does the app ask for location permission?
Location is used to show nearby healthy restaurants and map-based suggestions. You can deny location and still use non-location features.
6) Why does the app ask for camera or photo library access?
Only for optional meal image analysis and meal logging. If you do not use image analysis, you can deny these permissions.
7) Does the app give medical advice?
No. Content is for educational and informational use only and is not medical advice.
8) How accurate are nutrition and AI recommendations?
Recommendations are guidance only and can vary by portion, recipe, and restaurant changes. Always confirm final nutrition details with the restaurant when needed.
9) What should I do if AI chat or feature loading gets stuck?
Close and reopen the app, check internet connection, then retry. If subscribed, use Restore Purchase once. If issue continues, contact support with your device model and iOS version.
10) How do I report a bug or request a feature?
