Global Menu Clean Eating Meals (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) is designed to help users discover healthier restaurant menu choices.

1. What we collect

We do not collect or sell personal data on our own servers.

We do not require account registration to use the App.

2. Data used to provide features

To make the App work, limited data is processed when you use specific features:

- AI Chat:

Your chat prompt (and optional context like selected preferences or location-based request) is sent to OpenRouter to generate responses.

- Location:

If you allow location access, your location is used to show nearby restaurant suggestions and map-based results.

- Photos/Camera:

If you choose image-based meal analysis, selected images are processed for nutrition estimation.

- Subscriptions:

In-app purchases and subscription status are handled by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card information.

3. How data is used

Data is used only to:

- Generate AI meal guidance

- Show nearby recommendations and map links

- Enable meal tracking features

- Verify subscription access

4. Data sharing

We only share required data with service providers needed to run features:

- OpenRouter (AI response processing)

- RevenueCat (subscription management)

- Apple services (in-app purchase, review prompt, maps, system services)

5. Data storage and retention

- We do not maintain a personal user database on our own backend.

- Most app state is stored locally on your device.

- Third-party providers may process or temporarily store data under their own privacy policies.

6. Your choices

You can:

- Deny location/camera/photo permissions in iOS Settings

- Stop using AI chat if you do not want prompts sent for processing

- Cancel your subscription anytime through Apple ID subscriptions

7. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child shared personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards and rely on trusted platform providers, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Third-party services

Third-party services linked or used by the App have their own policies and terms.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date.
