We did a Global Scholars Commnity Action Project about food waste.
We went to Antoni Gaudí primary school and we talked to students about the impact of food waste.
We showed a presentation which included our infographic about food waste.
Then we made kids play a memory game we had created.
The aim of the game was to find matching pairs of food and examples of food reuse.
It was a good experience and kids learned about food waste and food reuse and they also learned English food vocabulary.

Dear students and teachers,
We are a group of students at Rafael Casanova high school.
We are the students of the class E-23 of Compulsory Secondary Education.
This year we have studied English with a Global Scholars project called "Feeding Our Cities" and we have learned about food in general, but we are creating our Community Action Project about food waste.
We want to come to your primary school to teach children about food waste.
The students at your primary school will play a memory game in English to learn how to recycle and reuse food.
We can come one of these days:
Thanks for your attention,
The students at Rafael Casanova.
Mario, Jon, Álvaro, Ariadna, Lucía, Pol, Alexandra and Laura.
Dear students and teachers,
Thank you so much for your welcome and letting us be teachers for one day. We've realised how difficult it is to be a teacher!
We think they learned a lot and had fun.

Everybody was really at school and they made us feel very well, very comfortable.
The school is well organized and clean. Students were very polite and their level of English is high.
