Medical Outreach Camps bring essential mobility care directly to communities where access to medical services is limited. While clubfoot treatment remains a core focus, these camps also identify and support children and individuals living with other mobility challenges—connecting them to appropriate care, resources, and long-term support through trusted medical partners and the Kenya Healing House.
Screening & Early Diagnosis
Identification of clubfoot and other mobility-related conditions, including postural leg conditions and developmental mobility challenges.
Clubfoot Treatment Initiation
Casting, bracing, and referral for continued treatment through the Kenya Healing House.
Mobility Support & Referrals
Assessment and referral for additional needs such as:
Postural or positional leg conditions
Mobility delays
Wheelchair requests and mobility aid referrals
Other orthopedic or movement-related concerns
Referral to Long-Term Care
Connection to follow-up treatment, therapy services, and medical professionals for continued support.
Community Education & Awareness
Education for parents and caregivers on early detection, treatment options, and mobility care—reducing stigma and improving outcomes.
Local medical professionals
Community leaders and healthcare advocates
Trusted healthcare partners and clinics
(Specific partners are highlighted as collaborations are formally confirmed.)
Medical Camps help close critical gaps in care by:
Reaching children who cannot travel to clinics
Identifying mobility challenges early
Connecting families to life-changing treatment and resources
Supporting children beyond diagnosis with dignity and compassion
Medical Outreach Camps are community-hosted events funded through Global Mobility Children’s Foundation with support from international donors and partners.
Families do not pay for services. Instead, communities partner with us by providing space, local coordination, and volunteer support to ensure the camp reaches as many children as possible.
Eligibility Requirements:
Community-based request (church, school, clinic, or community group)
Suitable venue for screenings
Commitment to mobilize families
Willingness to support event logistics (non-financial)
Funding Model:
Medical camps are funded through U.S.-based fundraising and sponsorships
Camps are scheduled once funding and medical teams are confirmed
