Do you have a child in Irish music lessons, taking Irish Dance Lessons, involved in Irish sports, or working on any kind of art activities associated with
Irish Heritage or Culture?
(Writing, poetry, performance or vocal.)
We may be able to provide a small
grant to cover a portion of their expenses.
Apply for a Gaelic Youth Grant and we may be able help!
Gaelic Youth Grants will be reviewed by Members of the Informal Group of The Gaelic League/Irish American Club of West Michigan in the order they are received. Current funding has been set at a total of $500 in grants to be awarded annually, although if non-tax deductible donations are received, those will increase the annual amount to be awarded by 100% of those donations. Grant funds will renew at the first meeting of September every year. Only one Grant per year will be awarded for any individual applicant. Applicants can apply every year.
If you are interested in making a donation to the Gaelic Youth Grant Fund, email us for more details on how to donate!
