Shot and produced platform-optimised street interviews (Vox pops). Utilised tactics like engaging sound effects, visuals, memes in a concise package to deliver high viewer engagement and effective message communication.

In this podcast, I explored the topic of meritocracy within Singapore's educational system, examining if our country’s long-held ideals still resonate today. Through interviews with Assoc Prof Jason Tan and two Singaporean students, I explored personal experiences and academic perspectives on how meritocracy shapes opportunities, success, and equity in modern Singapore. This investiagtive podcast encourages listeners to reflect on meritocracy’s role in today’s society, with a focus on clear and balanced storytelling.
