Live Webinar Series Access: All registered participants will be given access to join all live webinars and any related virtual gatherings in the series. Recordings will be made available if you cannot attend live. You can choose which events in the series you would like to attend!
Webinar Recordings and Digital Resource Materials: You will receive access to the webinar recordings, the virtual tote bag, and other follow up materials which will remain accessible through April 30, 2021
Accessibility: We are hoping to provide (auto-generated) closed captioning during our webinars and with the recordings. We will confirm this in conference communications. Please get in touch with us if you have questions.
Possible CEU Credits: We are hoping to provide Continuing Education Credits for 1-3 fields (we will post notice if we are able to offer these and for which fields)
Networking Opportunities: We will host a pre-summit virtual networking event and a satellite discussion session (open to the public) during the series where you’ll get to interact with additional presenters and discuss priority topics.

Submit the COVID claim form online HERE (online submissions preferred) You will need to log-in to your online portal to submit.
Please keep in mind these important factors:
The Category I COVID claim form can only be completed once.
A supervisor or manager MUST review and verify that you have completed the activities indicated on you submission.
CHES®/MCHES® must attest to at least 15 hours of active health education work related to COVID-19.
The date range for these activities must fall within January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2021.
For your convenience, the form may be submitted online through your CHES®/MCHES® portal. Email submissions of the form will also be accepted, although online submission of the form through the portal is preferred.
Your claim form will be reviewed by NCHEC staff, and you may be contacted with questions concerning your submission.
COVID-19 activities must relate to Health Education Competencies and Sub-Competencies.
Once your form has been submitted and approved, the link will no longer be available in your CHES®/MCHES® portal.
The form must be submitted by December 31, 2021.
