The Trusted Profile (Profil Zaufany) is a valuable tool that enables you to verify your identity online at no cost. With this profile, you can efficiently handle various official matters, eliminating the need for physical document printing, signing, or in-person office visits.

Numerous administrative tasks can be managed conveniently from home through public administration websites. Some matters, like applying for 500+ child support, require online handling, making the Trusted Profile essential. This free tool not only confirms your identity online but also facilitates the submission of documents and applications over the Internet, sparing you the need to personally visit offices. Specifically, it provides access to the ePUAP platform (Electronic Platform of Public Administration Services) for seamless interaction with online public administration bodies.

The Trusted Profile adopts a login format (a series of numbers) and a password (a combination of numbers and letters). When creating a Trusted Profile, it's crucial to remember these credentials or securely document them for exclusive access.

• Submit applications for various benefits such as 500 Plus, 300 Plus, one-off childbirth grant ("becikowe"), parental benefits, and more at empatia.mpips.gov.pl.

• Access the Social Insurance Institution’s electronic platform (PUE ZUS).

• Register at the labor office at praca.gov.pl.

• Log in to the Tax Portal (podatki.gov.pl).

• Obtain copies of registry office records (certificates of marriage, birth, death) at ePUAP.gov.pl.

• Access the Patient’s Online Account (Internetowe Konto Pacjenta – IKP) at pacjent.gov.pl.

• Submit an application for the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) at ePUAP.gov.pl.

• Register a business at prod.ceidg.gov.pl, among numerous other functionalities.

Fill out the form at https://pz.gov.pl/pz/register (available in Polish and Ukrainian). Provide a one-time verification code sent to your phone. After submitting your data, confirm your registration within 14 days at a local "confirmation point." Find addresses on the website. Confirm your Trusted Profile at selected confirmation points within 14 days. Locate these points using a search tool, such as tax offices, ZUS offices, voivodeship offices, or certain post offices.
