Part of our mission to to assist families in need who are dealing with the effects of PKU every day. We know that low protein food is expensive. Part of our annual budget has been set aside to be able to help families who need help paying for these items. We will provide up to $250 worth of low-protein food assitance each year to families who qualify.
To qualify for assistance:
Live in a state that GLPKUA covers (OH, NY, PA)
The Board will review all applications and make a determination based on your income, and your expressed need.
If it is determined you qualify and we are able to meet your need, we will send you an order form.
