Gknight4's story:

Born into a small middle class family in Springfield, Illinois, I have worked as a computer programmer for several years before starting my own minor business. Tired of the government, I took to the internet to discuss about various different issues in U.S politics from a Libertarian viewpoints and have gained a minor following. I am currently married and have 3 lovely kids.

Why i'm running:

The federal government has become a bloating mass of bureaucrats, where money is wasted by the trillions on horribly mismanaged projects and thousands of unnecessary regulations and laws made daily. The state government is no better than the federal government with money either and both try to tax everything possible. I hope to start the process of ending this and returning the power into the local government and restricting the federal governments power

Economics:

I am a supporter of the Austrian school of economics, advocating for the government to stay out of the economy and leave it to the private sector as well as a return to the gold standard.
