Since 2016, I had been serving as a research assistant, and as of January 12, 2026, I have started my new position as assistant professor.

Our two new articles on biomedical image segmentation have been submitted. I can't wait to announce its publication 🤩

I defended my PhD thesis entitled 'AI-based cell segmentation method for biomedical images.' (08.06.2023)

The poster I presented won the best poster award in the big data in biophysics session (2019).

 I participated in the H2020-MSCA-RISE project called AUTOIGG as a full-time early-stage researcher for five months, between February and June 2019; which is coordinating the project at University of Belgrade.
