La Sérénité is a 3 bedroom gite, which is part of a renovated barn. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom with ensuite toilet. Open plan Lounge and equiped Kitchen Diner.

Le Repos is a 2 bedroom gite, which is part of a renovated barn. All the accommodation is on the ground floor. There is a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Also a shower room with toilet, wash bassing and shower. Open plan Lounge and equiped Kitchen Diner. There is a sitting area, which has TV with Free to View French channels and DVD player. The Dining area has a typical French traditional dining table and chairs.

Le Calme is a 1 bedroom detached studio cottage with private balcony. Steps lead up to a pretty entrance verandah and leading off this is a balcony, which has a barbeque, patio table, chairs and canopy for the hot summer day's, perfect for eating outside. 

Inside you will find a well equiped dining/kitchen and sitting room. There is a TV with Free to View French channels and a DVD player. Open plan staircase with handrail leads to the mezzanine with a double bedroom. Shower room with washbasin, toilet and shower compartment is situated on the ground floor.

Coutancie is situated on a co-propriété with 7 houses, just 2km away from La Traquillité. The property has a big common garden and a good size swimming pool of 15x7m. The house has 4 bedrooms, hosting max. 8 persons, 3 bad or shower rooms and 4 toilets.
