Promoting camaraderie among junior girls, fostering and exclusive environment that encourages growth both on and off the course and mentoring through shared experiences.  Creating opportunites to expose more junior girls to competition and learning to enjoy it.

We aim to grow the game of golf and encourage a culture of mentorship, where supporting others leads to collective success.  We embrace diversity and inclusivity, welcoming experienced junior girls aged 12-18 from all backgrounds.

To promote junior girls' golf by upholding the nine core values: honesty, integrity, sportsmanship, respect, confidence, responsibility, perserverance, courtesy and judgment.
