We are six girls with one dream!

It all started the way many good ideas do: with laughter, late-night talks, and snacks on the table. We noticed something: in Vietnam, people love to snack (we do too!), but the choices were either tasty but empty or healthy but boring.

We asked ourselves: What if snacks could be both joyful and functional? What if every bite could make you feel better — more energized, more balanced, more beautiful, more alive?

That spark became Giòn. The name means “crispy” — because life should be lived with a crunch, a little fun, and the energy of youth. Giòn isn’t just about snacks; it’s about creating small, joyful moments that also bring lasting value to your health and to the community.

With our passion, our youth, and our belief that wellness should feel joyful, not complicated, we decided to build a brand that’s truly ours — by Vietnamese, for Vietnamese, and proudly shared with the world.
