What to expect

Appointments are available on Thursdays and Fridays.

Initial consultation On your first visit, I will ask you some general questions about your health, lifestyle and medical history and find out what you would like from your reflexology session. 

Follow up sessions I will always ensure there is time before we begin to listen to your current needs. 

The session The Ginkgo Reflexology Room is a calm and relaxing space situated in our garden and designed for you to have an hour of total relaxation whilst experiencing all the benefits of reflexology. There is a therapy couch for you to lie on there will be oils, music and lighting to suit you. I use organic reflexology waxes and creams. The treatment involves a relaxation sequence followed by a reflexology sequence, working holistically to rebalance your whole system and to focus on specific areas as needed. The reflexology treatment will last for approximately 55 minutes with time to chat/relax before and after the treatment. Many clients find that they drift off and totally unwind during the treatment, relaxing in a way that is not possible in typical daily life.  

After care  After one or two treatments your body may respond in a very noticeable way. Most people note a sense of well-being and relaxation; however, sometimes people report feeling lethargic, nauseous or tearful, but this is usually temporary.

Cancellations I ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel. There may be a 50% charge when less than 24 hours notice is given.
