Relaxation | Reflexology is a holistic, non-invasive and deeply relaxing complementary therapy for people of all ages. Gentle pressure is applied to different reflex areas of the feet, working in a similar way to acupressure and acupuncture. It can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and helps the body's own healing process by stimulating energy pathways and therefore restoring balance to the body.

Ancient technique | Reflexology has been used for over 5000 years. Modern day reflexology is used to support the body's own healing and revitalising processes. In calming the nervous system, reflexology can provide stress relief for the body, in turn providing a profound sense of calm and optimising health.

How it can help you* | Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment which can have positive effects on your sleep, stress levels and subsequent health and wellbeing. Reflexology can help support people experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, pregnancy and fertility and other medical conditions. Reflexology is not used to diagnose, cure or replace traditional medical treatment but to treat the body holistically to calm the nervous system and bring deep relaxation to the client, often having a positive affect on their mind and body.
