Activities

I provide a range of activities for all the children, encouraging them to develop their skills depending on their age and stage of development, looking at what each child will get out of all activities provided.

I will support and encourage each child's communication and language, physical development, personal, social and emotional development, literacy, math, understanding of the world, expressive arts and design.

Some of the activities to support this will be, reading and singing, playing in the park, talking and reading about feelings, playing pairs, board games, dressing up, themed around the world holiday days and lots of drawing, making, painting and sticking.

I will gather information from parents and guardians so that I can theme the activities around their interests. I attend indoor and outdoor play areas all year round and take them on days out to zoos and local activities going on around our area.
