Gina Wedel is an amazing music teacher. She masterfully simplifies complicated concepts and theories in a way that helps children succeed. She makes learning fun, and provides a variety of interesting activities that keep children engaged. What sets Ms Gina’s MYC Program apart from all the other programs is that it truly nurtures the creative side of your child by providing opportunities for them to compose and perform their own pieces of music while also providing an excellent amount of musical theory in a very child friendly manner. The wonderfully predictable routine that Ms Gina provides in each lesson really allowed my daughter to thrive. My daughter enjoyed Ms Gina’s music games (which are a part of each lesson) very much!
I believe my daughter’s experiences playing in an ensemble class for these years with Ms Gina are what have truly served and honed her musical ear, her sense of rhythm and her strong appreciation for many musical styles.
