I require 10 postdated cheques dated to the 1st of each month, September 2021 to June 2022. If you prefer, you can pay for your lessons in full dated Sept.1, or in 2 installments dated Sept.1 and Feb.1. There will be 35 lessons given in the year with 2 recitals (equivalent to one lesson)for a total of 36. Any additional summer lessons may be purchased upon consultation in June.
My rate for the 2021-2022 school year is $60.00 per hour.
1 hr every week ($60/hr x 36) = $2160 per year, $216 monthly
45 min every week ($45/45 min x 36) = $1620 per year, $162 monthly
30 min every week ($30/30min x 36) = $1080 per year, $108 monthly
Please read the following. The 10 cheques are due before your first lesson to reserve your spot.
1. Lessons are non-refundable. This includes if you are sick or unable to attend for any reason. Please note that I may be required to occasionally reschedule lessons, and that I will make up any lessons that I must cancel, at a date & time that is mutually acceptable.
2. If you must miss a lesson, here are some options for makeup;
Performance classes: Performance classes can be viewed as a form of “makeup” lessons [I will offer these 1-2 times a year right before a recital.].
Swap Lessons: Families of private students may trade their lesson time with another student to help avoid absences. Use these rules to make sure swaps go smoothly:
