While you're here, please take a look at our upcoming events at Gillette and make a note of when our next meeting will be - we'd love to see you there!
If you'd like financial assistance for classroom supplies, special project needs, equipment, or other items (for clubs support please see below), please use this form (click to download).
Complete it with as much information as possible (feel free to attach extra information) and submit to Mr. Cordone for review. He'll then pass it on to us and we'll respond as quickly as we can. The whole process shouldn't take more than one week.
If you need extra assistance from PTG Board members or parent volunteers with a classroom project, stuffing envelopes, completing Honor Roll forms - basically ANYTHING you could use a hand with! - or for other activities that do NOT require financial support, please use this form (click to download).

We LOVE to support Gillette's clubs for our kids and have a PTG budget line item to do just that. And we'd love to help if you have an idea for a NEW club - supplies, advertising, parent volunteers, etc. - let us know!
If you need financial assistance or parent volunteers for your existing club, please email us at gilletterdptg@gmail.com and let us help you out - that's what we're here for!
"We just want to take a moment to recognize a couple of special people to all of us. It is not easy to oversee a school of any size, let alone one the size of GRMS. To make sure the students are excelling academically while also making sure that they are physically safe and secure. Dealing with us parents 😁 is not always a picnic, but they do so with respect, kindness, and integrity. Bridging the gap between the district budget and requirements, and parental requests/student needs. Always advocating for our kids and helping to support them in any way possible, even if it means coming in on a Saturday to get doused in color. The list can go on and on. We would like to acknowledge and thank Principal Christopher Leahey and Associate Principal David Cordone from the bottom of our hearts for everything they do and for being such amazing role models for our kids!"
"This is EVERYTHING... When your son's 7th grade math teacher calls before the start of school to ask what she can do to help ensure he has a successful year. TY Ms. Ellis!"
"Hi Ms. Guidetti, I saw you at the spelling bee this morning going up and giving Shelby a fist bump before it began, and then noticed that you stayed to watch and invited Shelby to sit with you after she was eliminated. Thank you so much for letting her know you were there and supporting her!"
"I'm a senior now at CNS and Gillette's Mr. Mancabelli was my favorite teacher in the district because his classes were really engaging and he helped us try to understand concepts completely. I especially liked it when Mr. Mancabelli would bring in media articles about science discoveries that were relevant to what we were learning in class at the time and talk about it with us like we were fellow colleagues, and not just dumb 7th graders. "
"Mr. Bacon had tremendous patience and perseverance in getting 5 rocket teams into the MOST CNY Rocket Competition, all with successful launches! This was amazing given it was Gillette's first time participating. My son even gave up participation in the Musical because he loved Innovators Club so much he didn't want to miss even one session."
