  • TEM - JEOL F200 (Cold-FEG TEM-STEM, 0.16A resolution, 0.98 srad EDX, HAADF, SE and BSE detectors)

  • SEM - Zeiss Ultra Plus 55 (FEG, 1 nm resolution, equipped with EDX, cathodoluminescence spectrometer from Gatan, EBSD, microprobes for in-situ electrical measurements)

  • Sample preparation lab suitable for the preparation of bulk and nanoparticle samples (ion polishing system from Gatan PIPS II, diamond saw, mechanical polishing system, O2/He plasma)
