1. How long does it take you to wrap an order?
   It all depends on how many gifts you need wrapped. We are typically able to turn around an order within 3 days. Earlier this year we wrapped 30 gifts in two days. Get your form in as early as possible so we can make sure to wrap your gifts by the time you need them.

2. Your pricing is by the square inch. Why do you price this way and what does that mean?
   We price by the square inch in order to charge objectively. At first, we thought about saying small, medium, large, etc., but quickly realized our definitions wouldn't be consistent... your large might be our small. Another reason we price this way is so clients can have an idea of the total cost before they order.

When we wrap, we cut the paper to the correct size, and then measure length by width. We always round down to the closest full inch (example, 30.5'' x 27.5'' becomes 30x27), and then note this measurement on your invoice.

3. How does payment work?
   We accept venmo, paypal, check, or cash. Once we're done wrapping we'll contact you, email the invoice, and talk through the payment method that works best for you.

4. Do you only wrap for Christmas?
   Nope! We wrap all year round. Christmas is our busiest season, but people use us to wrap birthday, anniversary, wedding gifts and more.

5. I have my own paper I'd like you to use. Is that possible?
   Absolutely! We'd be happy to wrap in your paper at our typical standard rate.
