To ensure every pet has a safe, comfortable, and positive experience,
please review the following policies before booking.
All pets must be up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations.
This helps keep both your pet and others in my care safe.
Owners must provide:
A collar or harness
A leash
Your pets food
You may bring:
Your pet’s own kennel (optional)
Any special treats or comfort items (optional)
For the safety of all pets, no aggressive animals will be accepted.
Pets must be friendly or manageable around other dogs, or able to be safely separated.
Please arrive on time for scheduled drop-offs and pickups.
A $10 late fee applies after the first 15 minutes past your scheduled time.
Anything later than 30 minutes may result in an additional fee or rescheduling.
Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $15 cancellation fee.
(This protects my time and prevents lost bookings.)
Payment is due at drop-off for boarding and daycare, or before the service for walks and drop-ins.
