1. Do you accept aggressive pets?

No. For safety, we cannot accept pets with a history of aggression toward people or other animals.

2. Do you have a fenced yard?

Not yet, but all outdoor time is supervised and on-leash on our .76-acre property to keep pets safe.

3. Do I need to bring my own food?

Yes. All owners must provide their pet’s regular food for daycare and boarding.

This helps prevent stomach upset and keeps your pet on the diet they’re used to.

You’re welcome to bring treats as well!

4. Can I bring my pet’s kennel, bed, or toys?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring anything that makes your pet comfortable.
We also have large kennels available if you prefer to use ours.

5. Do you send photo/video updates?

Absolutely! Daily photos, videos, and check-ins are included with every service.

6. What areas do you serve?

We serve McDonald and Newton County, based in Goodman, Missouri.

7. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept:

8. What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Late cancellations incur a $15 fee.

9. What happens if I’m late for pickup/drop-off?

There is a $10 late fee for arrivals 15+ minutes past the scheduled time.

10. Can my pet meet you before booking?

Yes! Meet-and-greets are free and recommended, especially for dogs who may need slow introductions.

11. Do you offer last-minute bookings?

Yes, if we’re available. Just reach out and ask!

12. Do you offer overnight stays in the owner’s home?

No, sorry. We only offer boarding in our home.
