Our Guests

We identify those who visit us to get food as our guests.

When You Arrive

Please park in a numbered spot and remain in your vehicle. One of our volunteers will come out to assist you.

If you a first-time guest, please let the volunteer know and they will provide you with an intake form which you will need to complete.

Your Basic Food Box

Our guest families receive a pre-packaged box of non-perishable items based on family size. Items in these boxes are selected based on a yearly guest survey.

Additional Items

Guest families also have the opportunity to choose additional items from a variety of protein items, fresh and frozen produce, dairy products, and other items that we have available. This allows our guests to take home foods that they and their families will eat and enjoy.  We also provide personal care, household cleaning supplies, and pet food when available.  The additional items are listed on a guest selection form.

The Guest Selection Form

Our volunteer will provide you with your guest selection form from which you select your additional items. Once you have completed your selections, a volunteer collects your form and takes it inside the pantry where other volunteers complete your order.

Receiving Your Order

When your order is complete, a volunteer brings it to your vehicle on a cart and leaves it at the back of your vehicle and you get out of your car and load your order into your vehicle.

A volunteer retrieves the cart after you place your items into your vehicle.

Items You Don't Want

If you received items that you not want, please place them on the picnic table for other guests to select from. You are welcome to take any items that you find on the picnic table.

Our Grow & Share Table

During the growing season (June-October) we also have our “Grow & Share” table available to anyone in our community. Gardeners who have more than they can use are invited to leave their freshly grown items on the table at any time for those who would like them. You are welcome to take what you can use from this table at any time during the month.

When to Return

Guests may visit the pantry and collect a food order ONE TIME EACH MONTH.  Guests are welcome to visit the "Grow & Share" table at any time, June through October.

Emergency Food

We have a Blessing box available in our parking lot which is stocked with non-perishable food items and available 24/7.  Should you need additional food before your next pantry visit, you are welcome to take what you need.
