Welcome to all attendees of the Global Harvest Summit 2024! To assist with your transportation, we are offering a free shuttle bus service from the airport to Pyeongchang Alpensia. Please refer to the detailed information below regarding the shuttle bus schedule.

Service Date: Sunday, September 29, 2024
- Service Hours: From 9:00am to 6:00 pm, running every 2 hours (5 trips in total)
Pick-up Locations:
Incheon International Airport Terminal 1: Exit 12 on the 1st floor
Incheon International Airport Terminal 2: Exit 8 on the 1st floor
Information Desks:
Terminal 1: In front of Gate F, 1st floor
Terminal 2: In front of Gate B, 1st floor
How to Use the Shuttle Bus:
After arriving and collecting your luggage, proceed to the designated exit on the 1st floor of the terminal.
Bring your registration number (GHS*****) or invitation and go to the shuttle bus pick-up location, where the event staff will assist you.
No reservation is needed for the shuttle bus; you can use it freely according to the designated schedule.

How to Use the Shuttle Bus:
After checking out of the hotel and collecting your luggage, proceed to the bus in the hotel parking lot.
You no longer need to present tickets at check-in. If you're receiving our announcements from Whova, it means you have access to our event on the Whova App and are successfully registered in our system.
No reservation is needed for the shuttle bus; you can use it freely according to the designated schedule.

Pick-up Location: Seoul Station West Side (in front of Lotte Mart main entrance)

Bring your invitation, and the event staff will assist you at the bus boarding area.
No reservation is needed for the shuttle bus; you can use it freely according to the designated schedule.

After arriving at Songdo Convensia, proceed to the assembly point where the staff will direct you to the shuttle bus.
Bring your registration number (GHS*****) or invitation, and the event staff will assist you at the bus boarding area.
