Billion Soul Harvest is more of a vision than a movement. Our goal is to serve as a catalyst, uniting other catalysts to share and amplify visions and missions for a great spiritual harvest. We are an organization of dedicated ministries committed to this cause.
The name "Billion Soul Harvest" symbolically represents the aim of reaching a billion souls. The term was inspired by Bill Bright of Campus Crusade for Christ, who in 2002 envisioned winning a billion people to Christ. Our vision is that by 2033, two thousand years after the resurrection, ascension, and Pentecost, a billion people will have been won to Christ. This does not imply that Jesus will return on this date, but rather that we strive for every person and nation to have heard the gospel, and for at least another billion souls to find Christ.

Registration is for INVITED GUEST ONLY.
Our registration process consists of three simple steps:
1. Invitation Email: Expect an invitation email from us with the registration link. Kindly complete the registration form provided.
2. Informative Email: This email contains crucial information necessary before proceeding to the next form, which is the ATM (Accommodation, Transportation, Medical Information) form link. We recommend completing the ATM Form only after fulfilling prerequisites such as arranging airfare, obtaining a visa, K-ETA, or any other requirements based on your nationality for entry into Korea and eligibility to participate in the Summit.
3. Confirmation Email: Upon completing your registration, watch for a confirmation email containing your Global Harvest Ticket. This ticket is your access pass and must be presented to Shuttle Service Personnel. (Specific Shuttle Service Locations will be detailed in the Informative Email.)
To express your interest in participating, kindly email us at billionsoulharvest@gmail.com, providing your reasons for joining along with a portfolio detailing your identity and the organization, movement, or church you represent."

How much does it cost for Global Harvest Summit ticket?
How much does it cost for Global Harvest Summit ticket?
Invited guests receive sponsorship covering accommodation, ground transportation, meals, and registration, with the exception of airfare. All rooms are double occupancy; if you prefer a private room, you will be charged approx $300 USD.
If you would like your spouse to accompany you, he/she will be required to pay for lodging, meals and ground transportation, $500 USD.

When should I book my airfare?
As flight prices rise, we recommend booking your flight as soon as possible. If you need a visa or K-ETA, be aware of your local embassy's timeline and plan accordingly. Request a letter of invitation from our Registration team and submit your paperwork to your embassy at least three months before the event. Remember, embassy timelines vary, so it's your responsibility to check.

Transportation Details:
On Sunday, 29th, we will provide transportation from various locations and times in Seoul and Incheon Airport. Additional details will be shared after you complete the second form, which you will receive after submitting the "Invitation Registration Form 1."
Distance and Travel Time:
From Incheon Airport: Approximately 198 km, around 3 hours.
From Downtown Seoul: Approximately 2 hours.

Depending on your nationality, you may need either a simple online K-ETA or VISA to enter Korea. If you require a visa, please be aware of the timeline for your local embassy or consulate and plan accordingly. Embassy timelines vary, so it is your responsibility to check.

If a Visa is required for entry, send an email ASAP to ghs2024lci@gmail.com with the subject line "GHS Visa" with your [country]. And provide your official Surname & Given name, Passport copy, accurate address, phone number, and occupation. (For Visa questions: WhatsApp +82.10.2837.8648)
All invited delegates who answered "YES" to visa requirements in the registration form will receive, along with their informative email, the following documents: a formal invitation letter and the organization's certificate. These documents are essential for your visa application process and should be submitted to your local embassy or consulate in accordance with their requirements.
Passport, must be valid for at least 6 (six) months from the date of entry into the Republic of Korea
