General Guidelines
The Meat Transport Vehicle (MTV) shall be used exclusively for the transport of meat to prevent cross-contamination from previous cargoes.
The Certificate of Registration (COR) and official sticker shall remain valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance, unless sooner cancelled or revoked.
The registration is non-transferable and shall apply only to the registered vehicle.

To ensure proper identification, traceability, and monitoring of registered Meat Transport Vehicles (MTVs), all units shall comply with the prescribed registration numbering and marking requirements
Each MTV shall be assigned a unique registration number.
The assigned number shall serve as the permanent identification of the vehicle
All operators are required to display the registration number following the prescribed format.

1. New Application
Upon issuance of the Certificate of Registration (COR), the assigned registration number must be displayed within one (1) month.
Ensure that the marking is visible, legible, and compliant with specifications.
2. Renewal
Renewing MTVs shall be provided a grace period to update their registration number.
The updated number must be displayed upon receipt of the new COR.
3. Grace Period
A 30-day grace period shall be granted for both new and renewal applications.
During this period, operations may continue provided that compliance is ongoing.
Proof of compliance must be submitted to the RTOC office or NMIS personnel.
