Ghostbusters Fan Made does not have a lot of easter eggs, but this page still exists. Here are a few that are there.

Ghostbusters 8:

In the end of Ghostbusters 8 Fan Made, Suveer Kakaria (former actor for Ghostbusters 6) was seen in the corner of the screen, with a blank face.

Ghostbusters 10:

While Ivaans Ghostbusting scene comes, Mr. Bean can be seen dancing in the background.
