By using Ghost Hand (hereinafter referred to as “this App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as 'three Terms").

1. Purpose

Ghost Hand is a prank and photo editing application for entertainment purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA.

4. User Content

You are  fully responsible for all photos or content you edit using this App. You must have the rights to any images used and must not create illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Charges: Use of this App requires a subscription fee of 100 JPY per month (tax included), billed through your Apple ID account via Apple’s in-app purchase system.
  
  

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
  
  

• Cancellation: Subscriptions can be managed and canceled at any time from your Apple ID account settings.
  
  

• Refunds: Billing and refunds are handled in accordance with Apple’s policies. We cannot process refunds directly.

5-1. About the App Development Company

This App was developed by IT Support in Tokyo, Inc.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this App.
  
  

• Redistribute or resell this App.
  
  

• Use this App to harass, defame, or infringe on others’ rights.
  
  

7. Handling of Personal Information

• We collect the email addresses of purchasers as necessary for subscription and service delivery.
  
  

• For proper functionality and notifications, we may request permission to access the purchaser’s mobile device.
  
  

• The information obtained will only be used for providing this service and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.
  
  

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in this App belong to us.

9. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any damages, claims, or disputes arising from the use of this App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of this App after changes constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Ghost Hand（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただくにあたり、本利用規約（以下「本規約」）に同意いただきます。

1. 目的

Ghost Handは、娯楽目的のいたずら・写真編集アプリです。

2. 利用資格

本アプリを利用するには12歳以上である必要があります。18歳未満の場合は、保護者または法定代理人の許可が必要です。

3. ライセンスの付与

当方は、本契約およびAppleの標準EULAに従い、利用者に対し、本アプリを個人的かつ非営利目的で使用するための非独占的かつ譲渡不可の限定ライセンスを付与します。

4. ユーザーコンテンツ

利用者は、本アプリで編集する写真やコンテンツに関して全責任を負います。利用者は、使用する画像の権利を有し、違法、有害、または攻撃的なコンテンツを作成してはなりません。

5. 購読および支払い

• 請求: 本アプリの利用には月額100円（税込）の購読料金が発生し、Apple IDアカウントを通じてAppleのアプリ内課金システムにより請求されます。
  
  

• 自動更新: 購読は、現在の請求期間が終了する24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます。
  
  

• キャンセル: 購読はApple IDのアカウント設定からいつでも管理・キャンセルできます。
  
  

• 返金: 請求および返金はAppleのポリシーに従って処理されます。当方が直接返金を行うことはできません。
  
  

5-1. アプリの開発企業について

本アプリは 株式会社 IT Support in Tokyo によって作成されました。

6. 禁止事項

利用者は以下を行ってはなりません：

• 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル。
  
  

• 本アプリの再配布または再販売。
  
  

• 本アプリを使用して他人を嫌がらせ、中傷、または権利侵害を行うこと。

7. 個人情報の取り扱い

• 当社は、アプリの購読およびサービス提供に必要な範囲で、購入者のメールアドレスを取得します。
  
  

• また、アプリの正常な動作や通知機能のために、購入者の携帯電話へのアクセス許可を求める場合があります。

取得した情報は、本サービス提供以外の目的で使用せず、法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者へ提供することはありません。

8. 知的財産権

本アプリに関するすべての権利、権原および利益は当方に帰属します。

9. 免責事項

本アプリの利用により発生した損害、請求、紛争について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。

10. 規約の変更

当方は本規約を随時変更することがあります。変更後も本アプリを利用する場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

11. 準拠法

本規約は、抵触法の原則にかかわらず、日本の法律に準拠します。
