End User License Agreement (EULA) / 使用許諾契約書

This End User License Agreement (“This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between the user and Takamatsu Naofumi, the administrator of the application (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor"), and governs the use of the Ghost Hand application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement, Apple’s Standard EULA, and the App Store Terms.

2. Subscription Services

• The App offers a monthly subscription, billed through your Apple ID account using Apple’s in-app purchase system.
  
  

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  
  

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
  
  

• All billing and refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.
  
  

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes.
  
  

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  
  

• Distribute, resell, or sublicense the App.
  
  

• Use the App to create harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
  
  

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create or edit using the App. You must own or have permission to use any photos or materials you upload or modify.

5. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including all intellectual property rights, remain with us.

6. Termination

We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the App.

7. Apple’s Role

This license is subject to Apple’s Standard EULA:

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

この使用許諾契約書（以下「本契約」）は、利用者とアプリ管理者である高松尚史（以下「当方」）との間で締結され、Ghost Handアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）の利用を規定します。

1. ライセンスの付与

当方は、本契約、Appleの標準EULA、およびApp Storeの規約に従い、利用者に対し、本アプリを個人的かつ非営利目的でダウンロード、インストール、使用するための非独占的かつ譲渡不可の限定ライセンスを付与します。

2. 購読サービス

• 本アプリは、Apple IDアカウントを通じてAppleのアプリ内課金システムで請求される月額購読を提供します。
  
  

• 購読は、現在の請求期間が終了する24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます。
  
  

• 購読はApple IDのアカウント設定から管理またはキャンセルできます。
  
  

• 請求および返金はAppleのポリシーに従って処理されます。
  
  

3. 禁止事項

利用者は以下を行ってはなりません：

• 本アプリを違法な目的で使用すること。
  
  

• 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル。
  
  

• 本アプリを再配布、再販売、またはサブライセンスすること。
  
  

• 有害、攻撃的、または権利侵害となるコンテンツを作成すること。
  
  

4. ユーザーコンテンツ

利用者は、本アプリで作成または編集するコンテンツに対して全責任を負います。利用者は、使用する写真や素材の権利を所有しているか、使用許可を得ている必要があります。

5. 所有権

本アプリに関するすべての権利、権原および利益は当方に帰属します。

6. 契約の解除

利用者が本契約に違反した場合、当方は直ちに本契約を解除することができます。解除後、利用者は本アプリのすべてのコピーを削除しなければなりません。

7. Appleの役割

本ライセンスはAppleの標準EULAにも従います:

8. 準拠法

本契約は、抵触法の原則にかかわらず、日本の法律に準拠します。
