Elections
All current members are eligible to apply for an officer position, regardless of grade level or length of time in Tri-M. Elections are in the Spring. Seniors are not permitted to vote. All officer positions for Green Hope Tri-M Music Honor Society are open every school year:

- PRESIDENT will oversee the entire honor society. They will preside at chapter meetings, develop agendas, and communicate information to members via email.

- VICE PRESIDENT will become thoroughly acquainted with the president's duties. They will draft an executive calendar with dates of all meetings and events, and keep the website updated.

- SECRETARY will collect and record member hours, take attendance at general meetings, and organize the Google Drive.

- OUTREACH COORDINATOR will spearhead, manage, and update any social media, and reach out to potential volunteer partners.

To apply, the following are required:

• Complete the Application Google Form 

• Fill out the Candidate Agreement Form 

• Prepare a 1-2 minute speech presented during the meeting

  • Some examples of what to include: why are you running, why are you the best candidate, what have you done in terms of Tri-M/music, what you plan to change, etc.
