The first step is to submit the specific Ghana-related question in writing. The submission should provide enough context to understand the matter, the relevant business position or exposure, the decision involved, the desired timing and the approximate scale of the matter.
Question → Scope → Research → Analysis → Written Delivery
The submitted information is reviewed first. The specific question is then translated into a defined research scope identifying the relevant institutions, rules, mechanisms, market participants, dependencies and conditions to be examined.
The proposed scope and applicable fee are provided in writing. Research begins once the scope has been confirmed.
The research is conducted independently and addresses the specific client question directly. Findings are delivered as a documented written analysis.
Clarification, where required, can be handled in writing. A call may be arranged where it materially assists the definition of the research question, but is not a prerequisite for the research.
Client engagements are treated as confidential. This includes the client’s identity, the existence and nature of the engagement, the specific research question, research scope, commercial circumstances, transaction-related information, business interests, documents, data, counterparties, sources provided by the client and the resulting analysis and findings.
Client-specific information and commissioned research are kept separate from Ghana Gold Intelligence’s public research and are not identified, attributed or published as client work without the client’s prior written consent.
Information obtained in the course of an engagement is used for the purpose of conducting and delivering the agreed research. Disclosure to third parties is limited to circumstances necessary for the conduct of the engagement or otherwise agreed with the client.
Public Intelligence Insights are independently produced and remain separate from confidential commissioned research.
